TRUE NUTRITION = NATURAL RESULTS

Get off the diet roller coaster!  Focus on nutrition and wellness the truly all-natural way! 

Do you want to see results that will truly stick?  Well, here is how!  Of course this is easier said than done.  You have to truly want it and desire to be in good overall health.    
  • Clean out your fridge, cabinets and pantry of junk (ie: processed foods, foods with NO nutritional value).  Keeping your home nutrition-packed helps the most because that is where you are most comfortable and will have the urge to snack or indulge.
  • Fill it with truly natural and nutrition-packed foods see "Color Chart of Nutrition" below.  There are so many naturally colorful foods out there, eat them!
  • Start reading labels carefully 
  • Eliminate short-term: diet plans, weight-loss plans...go for the long-term plan
  • Dedicate to exercise (even if it is a 15-minute walk or part of a workout video) - get your body moving somehow.  This helps manage stress, too. 
  • Get an accountability partner (contact me, if you need one)
  • Research recipes that use truly all-natural ingredients (see "Color  Chart of Nutrition" below)
  • You will start to see results and feel better, but be patient.  If you slip, get back up.  Do not deprive yourself, indulge once in awhile, but really the key is to keep it out of the house.  Be consistent! 
  • Work place can equal junk place!  Pack your snacks, lunch for work!  Going out to eat daily can not only be expensive, but be detrimental to your health. 
  • Parties can equal pitfall!  I am not saying never go to another party, but learn how to pace yourself.  Perhaps, fill yourself with nutritious foods from home before you go to a party, then you will not have the urge to go off the deep end. 
  • Remember this is a lifestyle change, not a short-term change.  I am teaching you how to respect and love your body, not to abuse it!
